Thank you for your question. Yes international candidates are welcome, You’ll however need to have the right to work in the UK through either a student or graduate visa etc.

Hi Oludare. Really good question and absolutely we welcome applications from international candidates. Just a heads up that all offers of employment are conditional upon satisfactory completion of Government Baseline Security Standards (BPSS) which include:

A right to work and identity check;
Pre-employment verification for the last three years;
A basic criminal record check for any unspent convictions
National Security Vetting (if relevant to the role) This will include a counter terrorist check in accordance with the Home Office (regulated for the transport sector);
Medical assessment;
Visa application – Network Rail offers sponsorship where the requirements of the Home Office rules are met for a Skilled Worker. Should you require a visa to work in the UK or would like further information, you can visit the gov.uk website for more information;
Drugs & Alcohol test (pre-appointment) for safety-critical roles and sentinel card holders;

Advanced Timetable Analysis Manager

As others have said, yes international candidates are welcomed as long as you have the right to work in the UK. We'll check your documentation at interview and you have to bring several forms of ID with you; right to work, one with your photo, and one with your address. You'll be sent a list of eligible documents.

I do know that specifically in the Advanced Timetable Team our roles don't qualify under the Home Office rules for Skilled Workers so we're not able to offer Sponsorship.
