Additional information
Due to COVID I only got a single Pass in a BTEC Level 3 IT. Does having this Level 3 qualification already mean I can't apply for a level 3 apprenticeship?

I don't believe so- you can re-train at any point in life and Network Rail's scheme is specific to railway engineering

I agree with Maisie, having a previous level 3 or higher will not stop you being able to apply for this position, this is my 2nd Level3 apprenticeship, if anything it prepares you for whats to come. you already know how to complete assignments to a good enough level
