What's the culture in terms of diversity?

Network rail is a very diverse company with people from all walks of life in various positions within the company. Regardless of age, gender, race, beliefs etc everyone will be accepted and have an equal part to play especially within my team.

Network Rail has changed so much in the last 10 years in terms of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). We now have 8 employee networks that support people across the business. We have policies in place for key issues like bullying and wellbeing and guidance/process documents that support a number of areas like disability, sexuality, religion etc. We also regularly take time across the business for topics across EDI and also have National Inclusion week to really focus on diversity.
