Rikke C.
Head of Air Operations
I am part of a small team which because of our size have to work as a team to make things happen. We have a One Team approach were we always help each other and support where needed. Though each team member have their own area of expertise which is unique, we know that by working together we achieve more. Naturally I'm ultimately responsible for the team and some decisions I take alone, but where possible things are discussed so the whole team knows what's going on and can relate their role to the wider picture of why we're here.
