Emma R.
Senior Communications Manager
That’s a great question. Working in Communications no two days are the same. One day I could be writing about a colleague or a team that’s celebrating a milestone or achievement. The next could be explaining the reasons for change – either to a system, process that impacts colleagues or to our culture and behaviours. Also, I find it motivating to hear if the communications are helping colleagues or if they are enjoying reading them. My role also allows me to be creative and that keeps me motivated, coming up with new ways to create engaging communications. I hope that helps.
