My most valuable lesson I have learned this year is to focus on what I can control and not what I can’t.
In short, never deviate from your trained competency’s. The temptation to believe you are helping by taking on tasks that you are not trained for must always be resisted. It can cause more harm than good and could put other people and yourself at harm.
Through performing my role I understand fully the importance in TEAM work.
