For me the most challenging aspect has become that I can do TOO MUCH work. There's so many schemes and jobs running all over our vast estate that I can get involved in, its difficult to hold back sometimes - I want to be part of everything but need to manage my time effectively so that I don't become snowed under such that I can't be reactive to problems as and when they arise.
