Railway Operations Management
We have our award winning employee network, Archway, which is available to all employees whether LGBT+ or an ally. We do three things, educate, empower and connect. We educate our colleagues on LGBT+ issues and promote inclusion there, we empower our colleagues to bring their wholeselves to work and we connect our LGBT+ colleagues and allies via our socials and events.
As part of our network, our employee support lead provides confidential support 1 on 1.
The members list is also confidential (only 2 people in the entire organisation have access to the list, the chair and the membership lead are the only 2 to ever see it).
