Our interviews tend to be competency based, which means you're able to give a scenario as an answer that is specific to you and also means there's no right or wrong answer. I'd recommend using the STAR method, talking about the Situation, Task, Action (you took) and Result (you achieved).
Do your research in to Network Rail too, especially in to our culture around safety and diversity & inclusion - both will prove useful.
