I have completed a construction management and the environment degree with (HONS) in the September of 2021 . Can I still be considered for a potential job role within a railway environment ?

Hello Mark,
Although this isn’t my area of expertise I would advise this would not be an issue.
Network rail is very diverse with people coming from all industries and backgrounds which makes a great environment.
A lot of skills can be learnt as the railway is such a unique environment.
Hope this helps and good luck
