What entry level roles (with room for progression) would you suggest for women wanting a career change?
Additional information
I have a degree as well as a PGCE and I am in my first of two years of teacher training. I have received excellent feedback and know I am a great teacher, however the constant overworking with no overtime is damaging. I want a role I can fully apply myself to and thrive in with lots of room for progression yet I am undervalued in my current role. Are there any roles that stand out, or have a history of women thriving in them? (I am interested in various parts of Network rail, not just Operations but I was only able to select one option)

Hello, there are a number of routes into network rail. On the track side of things operative vacancies would be entry level. Network rail supports women in rail immensely and it’s a great career with loads of progression and opportunity to move around.
I hope this helps
