What does a day in the life of your role look like?

Hi Melissa, Nice to meet you! So, I work on the Procure to Pay Team, What we do is work with the suppliers to make sure they get paid. We also do the analysis for the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Metrics set by the Department For Transport. So I start the day by looking into the payment statistics from the day before, do some analysis, and then send this to the relevant managers. Then i usually have some supplier meetings to attend where we talk through their account and help with any queries they're having. Then ill catch up on some emails. My day to day does change a lot as we are a very reactive team! We are the 2nd Line Queries team for AP so we do get some very complex queries in the mailbox!!! Everyday on my team is usually very different which is why i enjoy it so much!
