Operational Incident Controller
Hello
I can only speak from personal experience, but being a MOM doesn't always require years of experience working on railways. However, any involvement in railway operations would provide a broad overview. But your identity is more important.
It involves maintaining composure under duress and having the ability to safely and correctly carry out a logical process. Possessing transferable skills from another industry can be just as useful as years of experience performing railway-related tasks.
So don’t always delay your ambitions, aim high.
Hope That Helps
