Hi what is jobs do you do day to day ,is jt hard graft

I work in Capacity Planning which falls under the bigger group called System Operator.

Physically, no the job isn't hard graft. I sit at a desk most of my working day (we have people that have standing desks too).

Mentally it can sometimes be very challenging, trying to juggle a few different things and coming up with an answer. I find it funny that I can go home at the end of the day and feel tired having just sat at a computer, but it's because my brains been working hard all day to problem solve.
