What were your expectations for this role during the first month?

In my current role I was quite fortunate as I was staying in the same team, just taking a promotion into a newly created position. Having seen what other Lead Analysts did I knew it would be a step up in terms of responsibility as well as some more meetings to go to as I was now in more of a leadership position. The new position was more around supporting analysts across multiple projects rather than doing our own analysis projects so it did take a bit of getting used too.
