What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

I have a close working relationship with my team because it takes a shared contribution from all of us to deliver a successful project. We all learn from one another and every project is different from the last so we share what works and what doesn't. Then where we interact with other areas, if a train crosses a geographic boundary, then we bring another team into the fold too. Because the team is so big (we're over 100 people all in) there are a lot of varied interests and hobbies so you get talking to different people about a lot of different things. Through this I've found a few people who also share an interest in board games, so we have set up a board game group once a month.
