Is there enhanced pay for night shifts/weekends/bank holidays? Also are employees entitled to bank holidays plus 28 day
Additional information
Also, could you tell me what percentage employer contributions are paid toward the pension, and who is the pension provider?

Hi,
I believe there is enhanced pay for night shifts/ weekends and Bank Holidays however I work in an office rather than in an operational role so I'm not sure of the specifics. Employees are entitled to 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, this rises to 30 days after 10 years of service. In terms of pensions there are a few different schemes within Network Rail each with a different employer contribution details of which can be found by following this link Welcome to myNRpension - NR Pension. Depending on the scheme the external ones are provided by Legal and General.
