This a very varied and interesting role. New hires into quality and assurance can expect a wide view of the operational side of the business, an input and responsibility for compliance and assurance practices at various levels, a supportive quality community to work alongside and an opportunity to work with senior leaders and develop your ideas. Compliance and quality assurance is key in the rail industry due to the safety critical nature of the business, we strive to get everyone home safe everyday, both customers and our teams and it is very rewarding to be a part of that.
