Senior Technical Officer
As my role with the company is 70/30 track work vs office work, I have had the opportunity to work flexibly over the past 3 years. This included working from home when possible or adjusting my hours to work around my personal life. Network rail have been very accommodating to ensuring I maintain a good work and personal life balance. However this can’t be said for all roles, as some which are more heavily track based work around access times to the railway and it may not be possible to work from home.
