That you can get so much more done with a good team. I was always really nervous about becoming a line manager but a previous manager of mine challenged me on that and it gave me the confidence to go for it. I don't know what I'd do without my team now, you can only achieve so much on your own and I love the energy and ideas that the team bring. I'm not saying management is easy, but the benefits of having a good team are massive!
