Senior Communications Manager
Hi Jacob. In my role (Communications) the training would be very different to that of a colleague at at depot or who carries out works. There is mandatory training that everyone need to complete so we understand the risks to our business and what is required of us as a public sector worker. There is also some great training around Diversity and Inclusion. There are also lots of other course available that aren't mandatory and Network Rail supports any personal development opportunities.
