Apprentice rail maintenance technician
The biggest challenge I had faced since beginning my career on the railway is the coursework for the apprenticeship scheme, in order to work through this it did require me to put my head down and balance my time correctly. Thankfully within the apprenticeship scheme there is a development team present and they helped me by creating a timetable for the work in order to complete it within the set deadlines.
