I’m writing today just to ask whether there are job opportunities for operatives on the construction side(diggers)
Additional information
I’m a good quality digger driver, I sae the operative job role and that would be interesting to me however I’m just wondering if there is a role where I’m an operator and also helping out on a digger. I have a background in engineering and diggers so I think I would be great for the role.

Operational Incident Controller
Hi,
Network Rail are always looking for skilled people to join the operation. While I am unaware if your specific skill is directly linked to a current position, I am positive if you were to apply showing you have previously put yourself forward for training etc it would be a positive.
I am sorry I am unable to give a full breakdown on the "on track plant machinery" network rail use and how your skills may be connected.
I hope this helped.

Max was asked a similar question and did some digging (no pun intended) into some roles that have operative needs: Hello max, I’m curious if their are any roles on the railway which include driver diggers | Network Rail
