I think it is the same as for any student, we have apprenticeships, and a graduate programme depending on what you are studying as a student. Please look at the website and look for the options that would suit you best. You can apply for a role without going via the schemes / programmes. You will need to be clear about how your experience and skills meet the criteria essential for the role's.
