Unfortunately, I'm currently a one-person team (team of two) but I do engage with the wider Operations Management area which I work within. I've known these colleagues for a long-time and the working environment is very comfortable, but also challenging when necessary. It's important to maintain a good relationship with my colleagues as we are all part of one golden thread, maintaining these relationships leads to high quality, efficient work product and therefore a win win for the Business
