Station Manager
Say hello to the team on my rounds around the station. I tend to walk round the station concourse looking at it through the lens of a passenger and what they see. I then see what we can do to improve and put together a strategy on how we can make it happen.
I have a cup of tea with a couple of the team, the railway runs on tea and good conversation :) I see if my team has any challenges or if they need any support.
I attend a lot of meetings having positive conversations about the station and what we can do to improve our passenger's experience, his could be little things but also some real big things like infrastructure enhancements. My day is spent creating a positive experience and environment for our people and passengers.
