Hi Leon, Researching the company and their values definitely helped, it allowed me to ask the right questions and I had more knowledge about what I was choosing to get into. I don’t remember being asked many/any situational questions like “tell me a time when..” but perfecting a *STAR* response is also really good because you’ll never know when that’ll come in handy. Tell them the (Situation) you faced, what (Task) you had to do, what (Action) performed and the end (Result) of that situation

Hi Leon, great question! Following on from Joyce - The most important thing is to be yourself, we want to see the real you! Do your research on the apprenticeship and on Network Rail itself, remember that safety is critical at NR and look up our values and behaviours :)
