What do you think are the most important qualities for someone to excel? I get rejected every interview it's depressing.

Hi Snigdha, thank for your question and sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment. Without knowing what roles you are applying for, and more about your experience it's difficult to give specific advice. However, what I would say is don't give up or get disheartened. If you are getting interviews it means your CV is good. So I would think about how you handle the interview itself. Perhaps work on your confidence and have lots of relevant examples to show you have the right skills for the role. I would also suggest asking for some feedback after the interview. Everyone doesn't get every job they apply for - including me - so keep going.
