Love this question Teddy. Definitely prepare - so read up about the scheme, take a look at our safety vision (Everyone Home Safe Every Day) and just be clear on your motivations and why you want to apply. Overall be yourself, we want to see the real you!

Hi Teddy, the main thing to do is just be yourself! Make sure you do lots of research on the apprenticeship and Network Rail itself to help with the questions that will be asked! Remember that safety is critical at NR too :)

Okay thank you for the help and another question would be what sort of person are they looking for?

No worries! We never look for just one sort of person - we always look at the transferable skills that you can bring to the role and take in to account your values and behaviours to make sure they align to Network Rail's values and behaviours :)
