Operational Incident Controller
One of the biggest challenges I faced in the last three months was being able to manage my time. It can be tough when attending an incident to quickly evaluate and prioritise the needs on site. I always feel confident but I did attend some training on a specific incident scenario to help me be more effective.
Always room to keep improving and learning. That’s a good bit of advice.
