Confidence is one of the most important qualities to have in any role, which means potential employers almost always look for this quality in successful candidates. Being justifiably confident in your abilities allows you to work effectively and efficiently.
Honesty is also important both as you apply for jobs and once you enter the workplace. As you apply for jobs, avoid exaggerating your qualifications and skills
