Hi,
I have five steps which I follow.
1. Take regular breaks. Over work means you can make errors.
2. Split tasks into subtasks. Bite size chunks of the primary goal.
3. Limit multitasking. You try doing everything at once something is bound to get missed.
4. Know your limits. If you don’t have the skills ask for help from someone who does.
5. Schedule your tasks and set achievable deadlines. Daily, weekly or event task lines will always help you never miss anything.
Hope this helps.
